Dry blocks are versatile temperature calibrators that heat or cool a metal block to a specific temperature. Dry-block calibrators work well for calibrating straight, small diameter sensors such as RTDs, thermocouples, thermistors, PRTs, bi-metal thermometers, etc.

Different types of models are available based on the application.

· Range: -35°C from Ambient to 123°C

· Resolution: 0.01oC to 0.1°C

· Accuracy: ±0.3°C to ±1°C

· Stability: ±0.02°C to ±0.2°C

Black Body Calibrators were designed for calibrating infrared pyrometers with multiple temperature ranges.

Different types of models are available based on the application.

· Range: 10°C to 1200°C

· Accuracy: Within 0.5% F.S. to 0.75% F.S.

· Stability: ±0.5°C to ±1.5°C

· Resolution: 0.1°C

Infrared temperature calibrators use flat-plate (a metal disc painted black) or cavities (a metal tube painted black inside) that can be heated or cooled to different temperature test points and used to calibrate infrared temperature measuring devices.

Different types of models are available based on the application.

· Range: -50 to 1850°C (-58 to 3362°F)

· Accuracy: ±1.5% or ±1.5°C

· Repeatability: ±1% or ±1°C

Analog pressure gauges have a needle that directly responds to changes by pointing to numbers on a scale corresponding to the pressure sensed by the measuring element.

· Accuracy: ±0.25% F.S.

Digital Pressure Indicators are designed to display system pressure using 3 or 4-digit ultra-bright LED display for checking & Calibration of Hydraulic Pressure / Differential Pressure Gauges / Switches / Transmitters / Receiver Gauges / Loops etc.

 

· Range: -1 to 1000 bar

· Accuracy: ±0.025% F.S. to ±0.1% F.S.

Calibration Hand Pump is used to generate pressure for the testing, adjusting and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments like calibrating gauges, sensors, transmitters, transducers, and other pressure instruments in the field.

Pneumatic and Hydraulic hand pumps are available depending up on application.

· Range: -0.9 Bar Vacuum to 1000 Bar Pressure

· Medium: Air / Oil / Water (optional)

· Sensitivity / Resolution: 0.05 mBar / 0.5 mmWC to Upto 1 mBar

A pressure calibrator is simply a pressure measuring device capable of verifying (or calibrating) the pressure reading (UUT-Unit Under Test) with another pressure measuring device (Digital Pressure Indicators or Analog Pressure Gauges as Masters).

Different types of handheld Pressure calibrators and Portable Pressure Calibrators are available depending up on application.

· Range: -0.90 to 1000 bar

· Accuracy: ±0.025% F.S to ±0.1% F.S.

Dead weight tester is an instrument that calibrates pressure by determining the weight of force divided by the area the force is applied. Dead weights are usually used for pressure gauge calibration as they come with high accuracy, so they can be used as primary standard.

Different types of Dead Weight Testers are available depending up on their application and they are operated with oil (hydraulic) or with air (pneumatic).

· Accuracy: ±0.015% to ±0.1% of Reading
